Moving Out?
– When it’s time to leave your current residence, our professional cleaning team will thoroughly clean every inch of your space.
– We follow a comprehensive move-out cleaning checklist, including tasks like dusting, cleaning kitchen appliances, cabinets, sinks, and countertops, scrubbing toilets, showers, and bathtubs, removal of mould, wiping down baseboards, and vacuuming and sweeping all floors.
– Our goal is to leave your home in pristine condition, meeting the requirements of your lease agreement and ensuring a smooth transition for the next occupants.
Move In Cleaning: Starting Fresh
– A fresh start in your new home is always exciting, and Integreat Facilities Management is here to make it even better. Our move-in cleaning service ensures that your new living space is scrubbed and disinfected from top to bottom before you unload your personal belongings.
– Our meticulous team will pay attention to every detail, cleaning all areas of your new home. We want you to have peace of mind, knowing that your new living space is clean, fresh, and ready for you to settle in.

Servicing Your Property
Our staff are dropped off at the clients’ premises at 07:00 for the first-day induction training.
Our staff work an eight-hour shift from the time of arrival and are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the clients’ premises.
Should our staff complete all their duties before the given time period and you are satisfied with the work done, you are welcome to let them leave.
Should you wish to offer a warm cup of coffee/tea during winter, or some cool drink/water during the hot summer days, it will be much appreciated.
Cleaning Materials: All necessary cleaning products are provided by us as part of the service unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
